There are so many different team sports out there: rugby, football, netball, cricket, volleyball, relay running are just a few examples. Getting involved in team sports has a huge variety of benefits. Joining a team helps us to feel part of a community and build friendships. Playing alongside teammates gives us the opportunity to build resilience and improve our communication and teamwork skills, and there are often opportunities to develop leadership skills too.
