What is Big Sister?

Big Sister is designed by girls, for girls.

The Big Sister project exists to support teenage girls to enjoy sport, exercise and physical activity through puberty. Through a combination of in-person support and online advice, its aim is to help girls navigate their journey through puberty and exercise.
